TsyFetra Madagascar werkt tot nu toe als lokale partner samen met Stichting HoverAid Nederland, dat sinds 2006 actief is in Madagaskar. HoverAid Madagaskar is destijds opgericht door de familie Van Buuren, die in 2023 ook TsyFetra Madagaskar heeft opgericht. De projectactiviteiten zijn opgenomen in de jaarverslagen en jaarrekeningen van Stichting HoverAid.
To date, TsyFetra Madagascar has collaborated as a local partner of Stichting HoverAid Nederland, which has been involved in Madagascar since 2006. HoverAid Madagascar was originally founded by the van Buuren family, who also established TsyFetra Madagascar in 2023. Up until now, the project activities have been included in the annual reports, including the financial statements, of the HoverAid Foundation.

Met het oog op transparantie richten wij in de loop van 2026 Stichting TsyFetra Nederland op. Het huidige bestuur van Stichting HoverAid Nederland stapt over naar het bestuur van deze nieuwe stichting, waarna voor HoverAid Nederland een compleet nieuw bestuur wordt aangesteld. Na deze transitie worden de projectactiviteiten van TsyFetra in Madagaskar afgesplitst en volledig ondergebracht bij Stichting TsyFetra Nederland.
In the interest of transparency, we will establish Stichting TsyFetra Nederland in the course of 2026. The current board of Stichting HoverAid Nederland will transfer to the board of this new foundation, after which a completely new board will be appointed for HoverAid Nederland. Following this transition, TsyFetra's project activities in Madagascar will be spun off and fully integrated into Stichting TsyFetra Nederland.
